COVID-19: Please note, LoveAngel Cosmetics is working diligently to send out all orders. Shipping is moving slow, as the USPS is experiencing delays to meet the needs of everyone across the country. Please be patient and rest assured that your orders will be delivered as soon as possible. 

Domestic First-Class and Standard Post typically take 3-7 business days for delivery. When using expedited shipping methods such as UPS 3-Day or UPS Next Day, please remember that our cosmetics lab requires 2-5 business days for order processing. Thus, expect a UPS Next Day shipment to arrive two days after the order was placed. For 3 days, look for the package after 4 days. International and military orders may experience delays in shipping due to inbound and outbound processing. First-Class International and Standard International Shipping orders typically take 3-6 weeks for delivery.

Delivery Exceptions

Some packages may get lost in the mail or returned back to us because of an undeliverable address. This can happen unexpectedly and without warning.
Please contact us to have your order shipped again when the lost package is returned.

International Customs

Most countries charge import duties and customs fees. These can vary widely. For example, in the United Kingdom VAT is owed on all orders valued at $50 USD or more. These charges will also incur an £8 handling fee from Royal Mail.
The recipient of your order will be responsible for any and all customs fees and duties. 

The whole customs clearance process can also cause delays beyond the shipping timelines listed above and while we're sorry when these delays happen, they are outside of our control. I know, they frustrate us too!
